Process a Return
Domestic Returns
Domestic returns are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted. To start a return, please click HERE.
- Full-priced merchandise (unless marked Final Sale) may be returned for a refund to the original payment method, or for store credit in the case of a gift return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached. LoveShackFancy reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
- Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page, in cart, and at checkout and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- A $9 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for online returns. This fee is waived if you choose store credit or return your item in person at a store location. Online returns may not be mailed to stores.
- Gift returns are accepted for store credit only. Please select the gift return option in our return portal.
- If your item arrives damaged, you must contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery to remain eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.
International Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
Exchanges
We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one. We recommend choosing store credit as the refund method, which will waive the $9 restocking fee.
Final Sale & Exclusions
Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page, in cart, and at checkout and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All sale items are final sale. We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
- Select collaborations are final sale, including (but not limited to): Crocs, Stanley, PINK, Kendra Scott, and Roller Rabbit.
- All LoveShackFancy Beauty fragrance products are final sale.
- All customized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or modified once placed.
- Swimwear must be returned with original tags, packaging, and hygienic liners intact.
- Sunglasses must include the case, chain, and cleaning cloth.
- Wallpaper must be returned with the roll intact and sealed in original plastic.
Trunk Shows & Private Events
Items purchased at LoveShackFancy trunk shows & private events are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
