While this year marks the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment granting women the right to vote, that liberty was not extended to women of color until 1965. Knowing this, we must come together to ensure all women have the freedom to use their voice. We must enact our right to VOTE, as women, so that we can continue to lead the way, empower one another, and move toward equity in our country. We all must participate.
