Orders
LoveShackFancy accepts the following payment methods:

- ShopPay Installments - available for orders over $30

Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be cancelled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to customerservice@loveshackfancy.com if you need assistance with this.
We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.
Shipping
Ground orders typically ship within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship if we are experiencing high volume. Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 12PM EST.We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, however we do deliver 7 days a week. LoveShackFancy is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

Returns
Domestic returns are eligible for a full refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. Please note that a $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for online returns on orders placed on or after March 25, 2025. If you prefer store credit, or you'd like to return your order at one of our store locations, the restocking fee will be waived.
Full-priced items, unless marked Final Sale, may be returned for refund to the original method of payment or for store credit in the case of a gift return. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.

All items that are marked Final Sale cannot be cancelled, returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to items marked Final Sale. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
We are currently unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you via the email used to place your order.
