Gift Return Policy for Store Credit:
We are accepting gift returns that fall within our store return policy in exchange for store credit. Initiate your gift return process here by selecting the gift return option. Please note that we are currently unable to accept returns on international orders.
Gift Packaging:
We are pleased to offer a gift packaging option for online orders. If you would like your order gift packaged, please select this option at checkout and a $15 flat fee will be added to your order. All items in your cart will be gift packaged. You will receive our signature pink box with gold foiling tied in our Forever in Love ribbon, filled with LoveShackFancy tissue paper.
Please note that exclusions do apply. Oversized items are excluded. Our largest gift box size is 18"x14"x7". The number of gift boxes included will depend on the size of your order. Gift boxes are not available for separate purchase. Gift packing is nonrefundable and we are unable to remove or add gift packaging after checkout. Discounts cannot be applied.
Extended Return Policy for the Holiday Season:
In the spirit of the holiday season, we are offering an extended return period. Domestic purchases made between November 15, 2024, and December 31, 2024, are eligible for return until January 15, 2025. All return policies will still apply. You can review our policies here.

Note that these are recommended deadlines due to the high volume and potential for carrier delays. Our warehouse processing time of 1-2 business days should be factored into your planning.

- Ground Orders: Place by 12/17
- 2nd Day: Place by 12/20
- Next Day: Place by 12/22
To Receive Orders by December 30, 2024:
- Ground Orders: Place by 12/23
- 2nd Day: Place by 12/26
- Next Day: Place by 12/27
As noted, these dates are estimates and while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control (such as weather or carrier issues) may cause delays.
Shipping Information:
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days; however, due to high demand during the holiday season and potential carrier delays, delivery times may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Rest assured, we strive to deliver your orders promptly.
All domestic orders ship via FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, however we do deliver 7 days a week.
International orders ship via FedEx International Express Shipping, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Duties and taxes are prepaid and calculated at checkout. International shipments take 2-5 business days for delivery. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, however we do deliver 7 days a week.
