Extend Shipping Protection Claims
Domestic Shipping
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. However, during high volume periods, such as holidays or popular collaboration drops, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
All orders ship via FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12pm EST, including 2nd Day and Next Day, will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, however we do deliver 7 days a week.
Orders placed Monday-Friday with Ground shipping deliver 7 days a week. Orders placed Friday with Next Day shipping will deliver on weekends via Overnight Express. Orders placed with 2nd Day do not deliver on weekends.
Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. You can also track your order here.
International Shipping
International orders ship via FedEx International Express Shipping, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Duties and taxes are prepaid and calculated at checkout.
International shipments by FedEx International Express Shipping take 2-5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Protection
We highly suggest purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout. We’ve partnered with Extend to offer Shipping Protection – coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If something goes wrong during shipping, Extend makes it easy to file a claim and get a resolution. Most often, Extend will send you a debit card for the value of your item(s), including shipping and taxes, so you can quickly get a replacement.
If you purchased Extend Shipping Protection and need to file a claim, you can do so here.
Extend Shipping Protection covers packages valued up to $2,000. Orders over $2,000 are not eligible for coverage under the policy. Extend Shipping Protection is not available on orders outside of the US. For full Extend coverage details, click here.
Confirmation & Tracking
All prices on our site are based on the US dollar, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.
All orders require the full amount due at the time you place your order. All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Once placed, orders begin processing with our warehouse and cannot be canceled or changed. We are unfortunately unable to do the following:
- Update addresses
- Update products within the order
- Add or remove products to/from the order
- Add Gift Packaging or Shipping Protection
If you would like to return your order once you receive it, please refer to our return policy. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by LoveShackFancy in the event of forces of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Please note that a $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for online returns. If you prefer store credit, or you'd like to return your order at one of our store locations, the restocking fee will be waived. We do not allow online returns to be shipped to stores; the return must be made in person.
