Eligible full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

"The dress was well made, and pretty, but it’s entirely too short for wearing. I ordered a size up from when my daughter even normally wears. Not happy. When she bends over, her bottom shows! And she’s a tiny, skinny tween size 12. Not overweight or big. No excuse for the fit."
